1.Please arrive at the meeting point listed above 30 minutes early to exchange your dinner cruise tickets. Show your booking confirmation when exchanging tickets.

2.If you encounter any problems or have questions, please contact customer service through the contact channels specified in your vouchers.

3.If you haven't booked a transfer service, you must travel to the meeting point yourself. Due to Bangkok's heavy traffic, please allow extra time. No cancellations or refunds if you miss your scheduled time.

4.We don't recommend booking outdoor seating during Thailand's rainy season (May-October). If it rains, you may be moved to indoor air-conditioned seating or need to share tables with others. This is a force majeure situation beyond our control. The company will not be responsible and cannot accept any complaints in such cases.

5.When making a booking, please provide accurate information about the child's height and age. If verification shows that the information you provided is incorrect, you will need to pay any additional costs according to actual rates yourself.

6.During special occasions like Valentine's Day, Songkran, Loy Krathong, Christmas, and New Year, prices differ from regular rates and additional charges may apply.

7.Outside food and drinks are not allowed on board. There is a 500 baht corkage fee per bottle for bringing alcoholic beverages.
