• Photo Shoot Time Rules: The time starts counting from your booked time. You can change the shooting location during the package, and the time will continue counting. If you need extra shooting time, please contact the supplier in advance. Additional fees will apply for overtime.
• Price Details: Admission tickets, meals, and accommodation in other locations are to be covered by the customer;
• Service Staff Note: You may request a preference for the staff's gender or language, but this cannot be guaranteed. Only professional languages for business translation services can be specified as needed. Please communicate any specific requirements in advance. If you are unsatisfied during the service, you may raise it on-site. Makeup/styling or photography can be modified immediately. Reshoots or refunds are not accepted after photo delivery.
• Photo Delivery: Bring your own card reader for immediate copying. Default delivery is via Baidu Netdisk or Google Drive. Raw photos will be delivered within 48 hours, and retouched photos (after confirmation) within 7 days.
