"Noki Taku" is located in an alley 1 minute walk from Hiroshima Electric Railway Dobashi Station and opened in 2016. The owner, Mr. Takushi Sugimoto, practiced at "Kikunoi" in Kyoto for 5 years, then went to New Zealand, and returned to Hiroshima to practice at "Standard Price" and other places for 6 and a half years, accumulating superb cooking skills.
