Mr. Ma was very polite; it was the first time I'd encountered such a courteous driver and tour guide. He also took us to our destination on time. Jiuzhaigou is truly beautiful, a must-see destination in one's lifetime. Unfortunately, it was during the first spring and autumn holidays combined with a Sunday, so it was incredibly crowded. We walked slowly but weren't very tired. The weather was cold, only -5 degrees Celsius in the morning and below 8 degrees Celsius at noon. But the cold weather couldn't deter people from pursuing the beautiful scenery. The day trip was tiring, but worth the trip. The only downside was that Songpan Station was too small. On the return trip, a bunch of people were sitting on the floor inside the station, and there were 30-40 people queuing for the women's restroom.★

I contacted them via WeChat before the pickup and added them as friends, but for some unknown reason, the request didn't go through. So, before arriving at Songpan Station, I contacted customer service and was contacted by the pickup company. The day before boarding, I was told to arrive 25 minutes early, as the bus was scheduled to arrive 20 minutes earlier due to traffic conditions. However, the bus arrived more than 10 minutes later than scheduled. Many people shivered in the cold and were worried. The bus didn't arrive, and I couldn't contact the company, which made me even more worried. I caught a cold that day, which disrupted my schedule. The bus was very cold and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant. The good thing was that the company responded quickly, except on the day of boarding. I also appreciated the ability to safely store my luggage in the car while I was exploring Huanglongjiuzhaigou.★

Thank you for arranging the journey of 24-25! Jiuzhaigou Haizi is shining like a gem, clear like a mirror, and the Huanglong Caichi is gorgeous. Although it is not fully seen, it is a treasure. The tour guide carefully introduces the attractions, caring for the family, the driver's eldest brother drives steadily and enthusiastically, helping to carry the luggage is super warm!
