I'm a European exchange student living in Germany. Knowing that I could conveniently travel to other countries by train, I purchased a Eurail Pass. At the time, there was a promotional discount of about 20%, so I got it for about €100 less. I was very satisfied with the price. I could choose to use 15 days within two months, which was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend it.

We did a day tour with driver/guide Mr. Reinier, and it was an excellent experience. He is a very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable person who explained all the locations clearly and patiently. Throughout the tour, he personally took care of all our needs and made sure we were comfortable at every stop. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made the trip memorable. I would absolutely recommend this trip. Our guide, Caroline, was just lovely, very knowledgeable, and shared lots of interesting information about both the places we visited and Amsterdam itself. It wasn’t a trip where you’re talked at constantly. She gave us just the right amount of information, keeping it engaging without ever becoming boring. We loved seeing the windmills, learning about clogs, and watching the cheese making, plus the tasting was fantastic. Make sure you try the rum hot chocolate, it’s delicious 😍 Our driver, David, was also super friendly and gave us great suggestions for the area. We can’t thank Caroline and David enough, it was a really fab start to our trip to Amsterdam.

Highly recommended! Amazing service. My family and I joined the tour on 5 January 2026. It was a small group of six, and the car was very cozy and comfortable. We had a great time at Zaanse Schans, but due to heavy snowfall (which is very rare in the Netherlands), it became too dangerous to continue to Giethoorn. Our guide, Rachied, made the right and responsible decision by prioritizing everyone’s safety and driving us back to Amsterdam Central. Throughout the journey, he reassured us that we would receive a partial refund. Shortly after the trip, I received a message from Ibrahim offering a refund of more than half of the booking price. This is exactly the kind of service you hope for—people who truly care about your safety and are fair and professional, even when circumstances are beyond their control. I highly recommend IBA Tours.


