The activity was great but not how I wanted it to be. I booked two tickets for me and my friend but when we arrived, they said it was tandem, but it didn’t say anything about that during booking and confirmation, I didn’t want to share the ride with my friend but we were forced to, and due to costs, we couldn’t add more money to do solo. Please clarify that on the booking site to avoid disappointment of your customers.Trip.com Picks
