first day:Departing from Edinburgh, our Isle of Skye tour will head west to pick up our Glasgow passengers and make our first stop on this Isle of Skye tour in the picturesque conservation village of Luss, close to the shores of "beautiful" Loch Lomond. Heading north via Tyndrum, we'll have time to admire the dramatic Glencoe valley, site of the 1692 MacDonald Clan massacre, after crossing the atmospheric Rannoch Moor. After Lunch in the Fort William area, our Isle of Skye tour will pause for photos at Ben Nevis, one of the highest mountains in the UK, before stopping to admire Glen Garry and the stunning Five Sisters of Kintail. Our journey ends in the charming village of Portree on the Isle of Skye where we stay overnight. the next day:After Breakfast, Skye Tours will depart Portree for a full day of touring - options include visiting Dunvegan Castle, or heading to Uig and stopping at Flora MacDonald's grave and the unique Black Houses, an ancient residence of the Scottish Highlanders. We continue our journey where we can see Duntulm Castle, take photos of Kilt Rock and perhaps enjoy a walk at Lealt Falls. Our 3 day trip to the Isle of Skye ended with a chance to see the Senior of Storr before we returned to Portree. Day 3:We begin our descent via the acclaimed Eilean Donan Castle, the setting for the film 'Highlander'; (interior closed during winter) before heading to the picturesque lochside village of Fort Augustus for Lunch and views of Loch Ness. Our journey continues south through Laggan and the Grampian mountains, with our final stop being the Victorian resort town of Pitlochry before returning to Edinburgh where our journey to Skye ends. 【Please note】If the 3-day Isle of Skye tour does not have a pick-up in Glasgow, it will depart from Edinburgh, pass through Stirling, will not visit Loch Lomond, but will provide an alternative route.
