A classic half-day tour. Rain was forecast, but the weather cooperated, so it was quite nice. Those prone to motion sickness should definitely take medication before going out to sea.

The organization was excellent, and the transfer to and from the port was seamless. The catamaran was comfortable. The staff deserves a special mention – they were welcoming and friendly, 10000% out of 100! They were very attentive, always ready to help, and created a great atmosphere, no matter the weather. Unfortunately, the boat ride was canceled due to the weather, but we were refunded for that part of the tour without any questions asked – that was a relief. The reef itself and Green Island are, of course, beautiful, despite the weather. We weren't able to fully enjoy all the activities, but no one can control the weather.

The so-called "Chinese-speaking tour" is actually just a confirmation email sent to your phone by the merchant after you've successfully purchased and paid for the tickets. It lists the activities included in the package. However, there's virtually no Chinese-speaking service throughout the trip; it's essentially like buying two packages and then traveling entirely independently. On the boat and on the Great Barrier Reef platform, those who speak good English can learn more about the activities and have a smoother experience, while those who don't can just go with the flow. The overall experience of this tour wasn't as great as I had imagined beforehand; this varies from person to person because everyone's past experiences and expectations are different.

I enjoyed the excursion. Everything was well organized, and the crew was attentive. It's an hour's drive to the site, 1.5-2 hours snorkeling, and an hour back. The boat is small and fast. They provide masks, fins, and a swimsuit to protect against jellyfish.

All three snorkeling spots were amazing, and our daughter's scuba diving, which she wanted to do, was also arranged on the boat. She saw sharks and their hunting – it was incredible! However, the English commentary might be difficult for those who don't speak English well. Fortunately, there were Chinese-speaking sailors available, but it wouldn't be suitable for those who can't swim or are afraid of water. The meals were great!

Wife enjoyed the snorkling on the reef .It was her first time. I've done this before ,and in New Caledonia, and Samoa. I think the company could offer a reduced cost for passanger only accompanying a diver as wife wouldn't go by herself . And as couple not both partners want to dive.


