Cindy was an excellent and very experienced local guide. We booked a private tour, and she planned our route and itinerary according to our departure time. She showed us the train arriving and departing from the station, which was so interesting! Then we went straight to the floating market, arriving on time without missing a beat. She even helped us queue and found a less crowded stall to eat at in the bustling market. Finally, she arranged time for us to experience elephant riding according to our wishes! Thank you, Cindy!★

The private tour was fantastic! The service was excellent, the guide was great, and the itinerary was well-planned. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable about local culture and history, explaining a great deal to us. The driver and guide were both very friendly, picking us up from the hotel according to our schedule and helping us plan our route and dining options. They even took us to eat cheap coconuts in downtown Bangkok for only 20 baht – we were so happy!

I booked the railway market, floating market, with shooting and elephant rides to go with my son. We arrived at shooting but got told people under 20 cannot participate but booking information didn't mention it. The elephant riding location also have shooting to offer, which I think we could have saved some travel time.The overall trip was nice and smooth. We've only booked it one day before travelling and it definitely has saved us finding the places and transport ourselves.★

On a day when there was no Japanese language available, we had a one-minute guide who spoke English and Chinese. He spoke Japanese and spoke slowly and clearly, adding Japanese at key points, making it very easy to understand. It was also nice that a bottle of cold water was provided during the tour and that a 1GB eSIM card was provided in advance. I would definitely like to take part in another tour with My Pro Guide.
