I booked a tour through Vietnam. I was the only Chinese person on the bus. The tour guide spoke in English, and I got the gist of it from a few words. The itinerary was a standard tour offered by the company, and Ha Long Bay was quite beautiful. The facilities on the boat were good, and the lunch buffet had a wide variety of choices. The service was also good. It was a shopping stop, but there was no pressure to shop.★

This is a case where reality exceeded expectations. Firstly, the entire trip was organized perfectly. We contacted them in advance, and a tour manager was on hand throughout the entire trip, and the logistics were superb. The ship itself was a pleasant surprise. Not small and not large – it felt like a boutique. The food was incredibly delicious, like in the best restaurants, and the service from the staff (thanks to the entire team) was simply superb – polite and prompt. The ship's interior and cabins are top-notch, with everything in its place. I even forgot I was on a ship in my cabin; it felt exactly like a hotel room. And the balcony in the cabin was a wonderful addition. I also want to especially mention our cruise manager, Harry. His super professionalism, charm, punctuality, and organization made our trip with this cruise line magnificent. Wishing you prosperity and success in everything you do, "Arcady Boutique Cruise!"★

I booked it. A couple of hours later, the operator messaged me on WhatsApp. We agreed on the pickup time, location, and destination. A minibus picked me up from the hotel and took me to another hotel. The ride itself was comfortable, as the bus had captain's chairs! When planning your trip, keep in mind that the bus may not arrive on time, as it picks up passengers from various hotels along the way.★

Every thing looks fine. For a tip, first seat behind the driver was very uncomfortable and painful due to the small leg room. Trip agency should not have shopping pearls for an hour disguising dropping rest room. Originally there was no shopping spending time.
