The tour guide was flexible. I scheduled for a fruit market but we changed to Comuna 13 and a Metro cable ride.
The guide, Daniel, was profesional and answer all of my complicated questions. I highly recommend Daniel.

Fantastic tour! The trail starts on paved paths, but later it leads mostly through the river itself. The scenery and the waterfall are truly beautiful, and you can even swim. Alejandro explained a lot, patiently looked after all the participants, and offered assistance. Top experience :)★

AWESOME BIKE TOUR! 100000/10. We went on this bike tour yesterday and was completely AMAZING! The tour guides were super friendly, both from Medellin. We received a lot of information and the route is super safe. The empanada and the beer was delicious and we felt like we explored most of the most important of Medellin. The bikes are in a great condition and the customer service from the team in the office was incredible. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this bike tour. Thank you one more time to Thomas our tour guide and his assistant Camilo. If you are in Medellin, do not hesitate taking this bike tour, one of the highlights of our trip to Medellin.★

I arrived at the scheduled time and had to wait almost an hour to get in. The place is nice, and the service is average. I didn't like that they didn't even offer a glass of water. I liked the hydrotherapy massages, as did the final massage. They need to improve a lot, especially in terms of service and not overcrowding if they know they can't keep up. Honestly, there are better places for this price.★

The trip was incredible! The nature was unbelievable, the plants and animals make you feel at peace. It wasn't too difficult and the guides were really helpful. Guides are extremely knowledgeable and speak great English. Dogs will accompany the guides which was a plus for me. Water in the waterfall was surreal. Would recommend 100% and would do it again when I comeback.
