Pick-up Instructions Pick-up Point: Ensure that you provided the correct name and address for your pick-up point when making the booking. If you forgot to include this information, send it to us as soon as possible so we can assign your pick-up time. In areas with heavy traffic, especially in the capital, we may propose a nearby pickup point to the hotel to improve accessibility and punctuality. Pick-up Time Confirmation: The day before the activity, we will contact you between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM via email, WhatsApp, SMS or phone to confirm your exact pick-up time.
