IN THE EVENT THAT THE CABLE CAR IS CLOSED DUE TO BAD WEATHER, YOU HAVE AN OPTION TO KEEP THE TICKETS FOR ANOTHER DAY OR REQUEST A REFUND FOR THE TABLE MOUNTAIN TICKETS.

RETURN TRANSFERS TO TABLE MOUNTAIN ON A SEPERATE DAY MAY BE ARRANGED AT MINIMAL COST.

PICKUPS FOR THE SMALL GROUP TOUR OPTION BEGIN FROM 7:15AM. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR WHATSAPP OR EMAILS WHERE YOUR EXACT PICKUP TIME WILL BE SHARED, A DAY BEFORE THE TOUR START TIME.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
