Overall, we had a really nice experience in gorgeous Istanbul and we were very happy with the pass. It offers a great variety and good value considering the number of attractions included. We also took advantage of some discounts included in the package. I’d also like to highlight how excellent the customer support was: always very reactive, fast and helpful whenever I had a question. You should be aware that the "guided" part of the visits is very short and simple, and is mainly used to skip the line: if you are interested in learning more, you must be willing to do it independently (it is still possible to access personal guides at discounted prices, but we haven't tried it). The web platform is well-designed and easy to use. So overall, I rate the service positively and would purchase it again.

The tour was excellent. Snacks, tea, coffee, baklava, and delicious fruit were included. Blankets were provided if needed. Drinks at the bar were also available for an additional fee. The girl accompanying the tour was sweet and helpful; she took photos of us together. We saw all the sights along the way.
