• If you would not find our driver at pick up time, please call us at 0086-13811560776. You can make call to us at information service desk as hey speak English and will help you.
• Please be advised that our driver will hold your name sign at airport. DO NOT go with someone just ask you " are you waiting a driver or taxi?" Please be advised that they are not our driver.
Your voucher will be sent to your email after your booking is confirmed. Please check the usage instructions on your voucher for more info about how to use it.
Any traveler groups not mentioned in the booking options are not applicable for voucher use.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Suitable for all physical fitness levels
The Great Wall opens from 7:30am to 5pm. Therefore, the earliest pick up time is 6am ; the latest pick up time is 13:30.
As the tour will last around 4-5 hours, plus the time (1.5-2 hours) to get out of airport and the time to catch flight, so the time table is at least 8 hours or longer if you have a layover in Beijing.
If you will have to carry luggage, you may have them locked in the car.
If you are not able to go through customs for any reasons, please take your own responsibility. There is no refund for the same day cancellation.
