It's Cheeky Wiki, a well-known local travel agency. Our group wasn't large this time, and the driver-guide arranged for self-introductions and a Q&A session, like a teacher leading students. It was my first time in New Zealand, and I saw wormholes, geothermal activity, and kiwis for the first time. It was definitely worthwhile to experience it all in one day. Although the driving time was a bit long, there were frequent short breaks, and the time management was reasonable, so it didn't feel too tiring.★

A bit pricey, but a rare experience. The volcanic mud bath has a time limit, and staff will remind you. There are many shower areas, both public and private. It was just too hot, so we didn't go inside. It's a place where you can take a short break.★

This was the highlight of our trip, beautiful, very easy going kayaking. Lovely guides. Even if you’ve seen glowworms elsewhere, this is next level. We felt very safe and well cared for throughout the experience.
Would recommend hiring the backrest (additional $10) for comfort.★

Thanks the helpful customer service arrangements!! Amazing experience!!!!!! The guild was helpful!! Introduce those workshops, environment and the kiwi to us! The view of the buffet is awesome!! We saw the daytime view also the night time view during the dinner time! Also the show is wonderful!!
