• WE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WANT YOU TO MISS THIS TOUR. PLEASE BE AT THE OFFICE MEETING POINT 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF THE TOUR. WE ARE VERY SORRY, BUT DUE TO A FULL SCHEDULE WE CANNOT WAIT FOR LATE ARRIVALS. IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER THE START TIME, YOU MAY MISS THE TOUR AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OFFER ANY REFUND. REMEMBER THAT WE WILL LEAVE ON TIME. PLEASE DON'T MISS IT. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO JOIN THE TOUR ONCE THE BUS LEAVES WITH THE REST OF THE GROUP.

• Please remember to bring your ORIGINAL PASSPORT on the day of the tour. You WILL NOT BE ABLE to join this tour without it as all passports are checked at the border crossing

• There will be time off the bus at your leisure, so please bring suitable clothing, footwear and sun protection. Remember that temperatures at high altitudes will be much lower than in the city, so although it may be warm in Barcelona, please remember that it will be much cooler in the mountains.

Your voucher will be sent to your email after your booking is confirmed. Please check the usage instructions on your voucher for more info about how to use it.

Any traveler groups not mentioned in the booking options are not applicable for voucher use.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
