It was quite convenient; they offered pick-up and drop-off services to major locations in the city. Chinese-speaking customer service was available. However, the drivers and receptionists were all Black men. The local tour operator seemed to be one of the larger travel agencies in the area. We saw many foreigners in the park who had also booked their tours through this agency. We saw rhinos, hippos, elephants, giraffes, crocodiles, wildebeest, and zebras in the park. We didn't see any lions, leopards, or other carnivores. We had lunch at a small picnic spot on a hill. We departed at 6 AM and arrived at 6 PM, a full day. Overall, it was a good trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed the boat cruise! The music was perfectly balanced, allowing us to fully appreciate the serene atmosphere and breathtaking surroundings. The tranquil waters and picturesque views made for a truly unforgettable experience. A huge plus was having a photographer on board, capturing our special moments while we relaxed and soaked in the experience. The captain and his crew were also exceptional, displaying kindness and friendliness to all passengers. Overall, we'd highly recommend this boat cruise to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience.
