TO START YOUR SESSION ON TIME: Please arrive 5 minutes before your session time. Arrive with your swimwear on under your clothes Have been to the toilet before arriving. If you need the loo, the nearest toilets are in Sainsbury's or across the road in the car park. Have completed our online waiver/participation form (https://www.cornishwave.com/waiver-form/) Please leave more time than you think to travel into Newquay and allow for parking faff! * We will do our best to wait for you but there is a session cut-off time, better to be early than miss the session!! For water-based activities we provide all the equipment, however, please arrive with swimwear on (to wear under your clothes) flip flops or shoes for the beach and a towel. WE DO PROVIDE PLASTIC TUBS & STORAGE AREAS FOR YOUR BELONGINGS. ALL BELONGINGS ARE LEFT AT THE OWNER'S RISK. If it is sunny, we would also advise sun cream and a bottle of water. If you require any medication, such as an inhaler for example, please ensure that you bring it along and advise your coach before the session. Your enrolment time is not included in your activity time. All activities booked with Cornish Wave are covered by Cornish Wave risk assessments and liability insurance. Copies can be supplied upon request. If you have any under-18s participating, we will require a parent or guardian to complete and sign an enrolment form on their behalf, these can be completed online or on arrival.
