1. If the customer is late, goes to the wrong meeting point, or fails to participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons, it will be deemed that the customer has voluntarily forfeited the itinerary. No cancellation or refund will be granted for such reasons.

2. Itinerary adjustment: This itinerary may be temporarily changed or adjusted due to weather, strikes, safety concerns, or other reasons. Your cooperation is appreciated.

If a guest voluntarily abandons the itinerary during the trip, they will be responsible for any personal safety issues and additional expenses incurred, and no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the itinerary.

6. The company shall not be held responsible for any delays, deviations, or changes to the booked route caused by adverse weather conditions, orders from the Merchant Marine Department or Port Authority, or force majeure, which may affect passenger safety.

7. Shipping companies and vessels are not liable for any accidents, losses, or damages occurring before boarding, during loading, and after disembarkation.

8. According to the safety regulations in the "High-Speed Vessel Code," passengers are not allowed to stay in any open areas of the high-speed vessel during navigation.

9. We are not responsible for the loss of money or valuables stored in vehicles, luggage, public areas, or cabins.

10. Passengers are responsible for complying with all port, health, and customs regulations.

11. Passengers must comply with the captain and crew's instructions regarding onboard public order and safety.
