Important Notes
The following individuals are not recommended to experience the hot air balloon ride: children aged 6 and under, pregnant women, seniors aged 70 and above; those with acrophobia or unable to move independently; people with heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or other medical conditions.
This product requires reconfirmation and real-time availability check for booking confirmation.
③ The meeting point is at the hotel front desk. Since the vehicle picks up guests from each hotel one by one, the specific meeting time for your hotel needs to be confirmed again with customer support.
We do not recommend changing hotels after receiving confirmation, as it may result in flight cancellations or delays. If you must change hotels, please provide the new hotel information at least 24 hours before your trip, and we will reconfirm it for you.
⑤ For easy access in and out of the basket, wear comfortable sports shoes or flats, and avoid wearing skirts. If the descent speed is slightly fast, the hot air balloon basket may experience minor vibrations—please be mentally prepared. Bend your knees and hold the basket handrails firmly during landing to reduce the impact. When exiting the basket, do not jump out; instead, exit slowly with the assistance of staff.
⑥ If you are late or do not participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons, we will not be held responsible and no refund will be given. If the activity is canceled due to weather conditions, you may reschedule for free on the next available day or receive a full refund. However, we will not be liable for any other losses. Thank you for your understanding.
⑦ For safety reasons, the Türkiye government conducts random inspections of hot air balloon equipment. Balloons that fail inspection will be grounded. In such cases, we can offer a full refund but will not be liable for any additional losses. We appreciate your understanding.
In cases other than normal flight cancellations by the hot air balloon company, all compensation terms will be handled according to this product's compensation policy. Refund or compensation requests due to any personal reasons from customers will not be accepted.
9. If cancellations due to weather conditions result in a large number of travelers being stranded, or during peak travel seasons and special holidays when passenger flow surges significantly, the hot air balloon ride company may switch basket types to increase capacity and allow more travelers to experience the activity. In such cases, we will calculate and refund the price difference based on the actual basket type used by the customer, but compensation claims for this reason will not be accepted.
Hot air balloon rides carry certain risks. We only act as a booking agent, and the actual legal relationship is between you and the hot air balloon company. In the event of accidental injury or fatality during the ride, as an agent, we will only assist you in necessary claims with the hot air balloon company. We do not accept direct compensation claims or legal liability against our company. Please place your order only if you accept these terms.
11. If the flight is canceled on the booking day due to weather conditions, we will try our best to arrange a flight for the next day. However, if the next day's slots are sold out in advance, we will not accept any claims and will process a refund directly. Regarding potential price increases for hot air balloon rides due to suspensions, we will notify you immediately upon receiving any official notice after your booking. You may either pay the price difference or request a refund. No compensation claims will be accepted for this reason.
12. We arrange the first flight with the hot air balloon company based on your booking. You'll arrive at the hot air balloon base before sunrise. The balloon's takeoff depends on the wind direction that day. If conditions are normal, you can enjoy the sunrise during your ride. Note that sunrise viewing is an additional scenic experience included in this booking, not part of the core activity (which is the hot air balloon ride itself). Please understand that if unstable wind conditions cause delayed takeoff, the company must prioritize safety by adjusting the schedule. Delays are normal operations, and no refunds will be given if weather conditions prevent sunrise viewing. This won't affect your overall travel experience.
