6. For international flights, it is generally recommended to arrive at the airport 3 hours in advance. Please plan your departure time accordingly when seeing someone off.
7. If the address you selected cannot be delivered due to transportation factors, it will be delivered to a nearby location as appropriate.
8. If your flight arrives on time or is delayed by less than 2 hours, the driver will wait for free for 90 minutes from the actual arrival time. If your flight arrives early, the driver will pick you up no later than the original scheduled time. If your flight is delayed by more than 2 hours and the driver cannot be rearranged, your booking will be canceled with no charge.
9. The driver will provide services according to the booking details. If there's any discrepancy in the booking information, please be sure to notify customer support in advance.

11. If your trip falls on a holiday, we recommend adding an extra hour to your airport transfer time to avoid traffic congestion.

13. Since standard working hours in most countries are 8:00-21:00, services outside this timeframe are considered nighttime service and require payment of a driver's nighttime service fee. Please contact customer support for details.
14. For airport pick-up/drop-off services, the default route uses the Hung Hom Cross-Harbour Tunnel. If you prefer to take the Western Harbour Crossing, please contact customer support in advance to make a note and pay the tunnel fee of 100 CNY per trip.
