Important notices
- Shooting time rules: Time starts counting from the scheduled appointment. You may change shooting locations within the package, and the time will continue counting during transitions. If overtime shooting is required, please communicate with the supplier in advance, and overtime fees will apply.
- Cost description: Admission tickets, meals, and accommodation in other locations are to be borne by the customer;
- Service personnel instructions: You can make a priority request for the gender and language of the service personnel, but this is not guaranteed. Only professional languages for business translation can be specified as needed. Please communicate any specific requirements in advance. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can raise it on-site. Makeup/styling or photography can be adjusted immediately. Reshoots/refunds are not accepted after photo delivery.
- Photo delivery: Bring your own card reader for immediate copying; default delivery via Baidu Netdisk/Google Drive. Raw photos will be delivered within 48 hours, and retouched photos (after confirmation) will be delivered within 7 days.
