1.When registering for a tour, please correctly fill in the name, mobile phone, or other contact information of the participant in the order remarks. Please keep your mobile phone open the day before departure and on the day of departure to facilitate the guide or staff to contact you by text message or phone to inform you of travel-related matters. Contact time reference: Off-peak season contact time (November to March of the following year): 17:00-19:30 the day before departure, peak season contact time (March to October): 18:00-21:30 the day before departure. Our company will not be responsible for any loss of contact due to the visitor's phone being turned off; if you give up the trip on the day of departure or arrive at the departure location after the departure time, it will be treated as an automatic waiver, and only the ungenerated costs will be refunded (special offer routes). If the elderly travel without other companions, please inform the customer service staff in advance, and we will arrange for the guide to make the connection.
2.Please read this itinerary carefully and choose a suitable travel route based on your own conditions. During the trip, if you need to give up part of the trip due to health or other personal reasons, or if tourists request to give up part of the accommodation and transportation, it will be considered a voluntary waiver, and our company will refund the ungenerated costs according to the specific situation (costs for transportation, guide service, pre-booked tickets, and pre-booked special offer rooms will not be refunded). (3) To ensure the smooth departure of the tour group, we do not accept registrations for tourists over 80 years old, please understand.
4.Reservation tips for underage tourists: (1) Tourists under 18 years old should be accompanied by family members to travel. (2) To ensure the smooth departure of the tour group, we do not accept registrations for tourists under 18 years old to travel alone, please understand.
Change & cancellation policies
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:59 on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
