Departing from Queenstown

7:00 am:

Take a panoramic sightseeing bus along the picturesque Lake Wakatipu in Queenstown and enjoy the beautiful mountain views.

9:30 am:

Arrive at Te Anau for a breakfast coffee break. You will stop in the peaceful town of Te Anau for approximately 25 minutes.

Departing from Te Anau

Guests departing from Te Anau will join here

10:00 AM:

Drive into the stunning Fiordland National Park. Pass through Mirror Lakes, Eglinton Valley, Monkey Creek, Knobs Flat, Homer Tunnel, and The Chasm. Our bus drivers will arrange stops along the journey based on time and weather to ensure you have the best experience.

1:30 PM

Embark on a fjord cruise where the scenic journey will take you to admire the stunning fjord landscapes, approach magnificent waterfalls, and discover wildlife. The sailing duration is approx. 1 hr 45 min.

3:15 PM:

Return to the pier and transfer to the sightseeing bus for your return trip.

5:00 PM

Return to Te Anau. Guests staying overnight in Te Anau, please get off here. The bus will stop at the cafe for approximately 25 mins for a break.

7:30 PM

The bus returns to Queenstown, ending a pleasant trip!

Please note that if you are driving to Milford Sound / Piopiotahi, the travel times shown on Google Maps for Queenstown and Te Anau are incorrect. Considering the current roadworks on Milford Road, you should allow 5.5 hours from Queenstown and 2.5 hours from Te Anau.
