The tour included two planned visits: a library and a Hindu temple, but they weren't there. We chose the Russian-language option; English was available. Overall, the tour was okay, but it didn't live up to the description.

Awais, our guide was brilliant. Picked us up at the hotel lobby at the arranged time (exact time in fact), having previously contacted via WhatsApp to check everything was ok. Taken safely to our venue and ensured everything was ok for us. The camel ride was an experience, not long, but just enough. We upgraded the quad bike option, and thoroughly enjoyed. Awais was an excellent driver in the dune bashing & that experience is a "must do". Awais is not only a good driver but a good photographer too, captured photos of the sun set which will be treasured. We were celebrating a 40th wedding anniversary and these photos will be shared with the family. I had a go at sand boarding, again a great chance to do something I didn't think l'd ever get the chance to do. Driven back safely to Dubai after an excellent afternoon. This activity is highly recommended. Thank you Awais 👍.

Our Abu Dhabi itinerary began with our guide, Atif, picking us up at the appointed time. After picking up three groups and introducing ourselves, we were met by a Japanese, Korean, and Argentinean team. Although we didn't speak the same language, Atif was very attentive and helpful in introducing our travel products in various languages. I'm grateful to Trip.com for their safe driving and consideration throughout the day. However, I felt the prices were a bit more expensive than other sites. I'm grateful for the wonderful memories we made in Dubai. Atif, who drives every day, stays safe and healthy for a long time.

The tour was really nice, I loved it! Fesal is a great guide and told us so much about Old Dubai. He was funny, super friendly, and always happy to answer our questions. We also got to try traditional coffee and delicious dates, which was a really nice touch. I totally recommend this experience!
