What's included

Eligibility
Adult: Age 13+
Child: Age 4 to 12
Free for children aged 0–3 (inclusive). Please inform customer support when placing your order.
How to use
1. After successful booking, we will send an e-confirmation to your email. Please check your inbox and verify the information on the confirmation.
On the day of your visit, please arrive at the restaurant at least 20 minutes in advance and present your e-confirmation for seating and dining.
3. If you don't arrive within the specified time, the restaurant staff will seat other guests. Your exact dining time will be arranged by the restaurant staff based on the current situation, and you may need to wait.
4. Your restaurant booking is valid only for the selected time slot on the same day. If unused, it will be automatically forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
After submitting your booking request, please allow at least 24–72 hours for confirmation. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of request/booking.
Change & cancellation policies
Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.
The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
Important note
1. After successfully booking the product, we will send you a confirmation. All key information regarding the booking and participation instructions will be provided on the confirmation, so please be sure to read it. If we do not receive any feedback from you, we will consider that you have read and understood all information on the confirmation.
2. As an intermediary agency, we are only responsible for booking travel products on behalf of travelers.
We recommend travelers purchase travel insurance. Attractions, hotels, transportation providers, and other travel suppliers are directly responsible for the quality, service, and safety of their products. We are not responsible for any safety issues related to booked products.
If an unexpected situation occurs but no insurance was purchased, we will only assist in handling the matter.
5. If the booking is canceled due to the supplier's fault, we will refund the full amount of the booking but will not provide additional compensation.
We will do our best to assist travelers in communicating with travel product suppliers to negotiate a solution.
