1. The Chinese Individual Tourist Visa is specially established to facilitate guests with pure tourism purposes. 2. Please read the visa details carefully and prepare the documents strictly according to the details.
Compliance with the visa submission criteria will be determined after CEV receives your information for review. 3. Due to the complexity of Chinese visa information and strict review, whether the visa can be issued is subject to the review of the operator. CEV will require supplementary materials based on the guest's information, and has the right to return any documents that do not meet the visa requirements or are false.
4. During the visa processing period, the Chinese Embassy will not accept applications for passport withdrawal for any reason. Please arrange your travel reasonably and wait for the result of your Chinese personal tourist visa before arranging to visit other countries or apply for visas for other countries, so as not to delay your other overseas itineraries.
5. The visa validity period and length of stay published on the relevant visa information are for reference only and are not legal commitments. Everything is based on the visa content issued by the visa officer.
6. The embassy reserves the right to require applicants to provide additional information or require applicants to go to the embassy for an interview.
7. Visa fees for all countries will be incurred as soon as they are accepted. Regardless of the result of the visa and whether the visa holder uses the visa, the visa fee will not be refunded. That is to say: if the visa is refused, the visa fee will also be charged. After all, the consulates of some countries also charge fees for the refusal of the visa.
8. Special reminder: After the visa result is returned to CEV, we will entrust express delivery of your passport and other returned original information. After you purchase the service, you authorize CEV to entrust a third party to provide express delivery services. 9. Please be sure to order transportation (airplanes, tickets, etc.), hotels, catering, local tours and other services for this trip after obtaining your visa, or confirm payment of the corresponding fees. Otherwise, the resulting losses and corresponding consequences will be borne by you.
10. In order to ensure that your information is processed in a timely manner, please mail the information as soon as possible during the peak season. If you send it yourself, it will only be collected on behalf of you and will not be reviewed on the spot.
11. We will conduct a preliminary review strictly in accordance with the requirements of the embassy and consulate and combined with our many years of processing experience to see if the items and quantity of the visa application materials you provide meet the requirements. Our preliminary review will only focus on whether the conditions for visa submission are met as much as possible. However, there is no guarantee whether the visa can be issued. 12. If the embassy, consulate or visa-issuing agency refuses to accept the visa applicant's information, requires the applicant to provide additional information, the embassy is temporarily on vacation, or other matters, we promise to notify you as soon as possible. If the visa-issuing agency can provide written documents, we will forward them to you in a timely manner. However, based on past experience, most embassies, consulates or issuing agencies will not issue written documents to CEV. Please know and understand.
13. The amount of fees published by the embassy and consulate shall be subject to the fees published by the embassy and consulate. When issuing visas to applicants, the actual embassy or consulate fees may change due to adjustments in embassy fees or changes in exchange rates. Therefore, the amount of embassy or consulate fees that applicants need to pay for visa application shall be based on the amount paid to the embassy or consulate.
