From February 19, 2024 to October 19, 2026, Jianghan Road (between Wentao Road and Kejiguan Street) will be fully closed for construction (subway).

During the construction period, motor vehicles are prohibited from passing through Jianghan Road (between Wentao Road and Kejiguan Street). Restricted vehicles are advised to detour via surrounding roads such as Anye Road and Jianghui Road. Non-motorized vehicles and pedestrians should use the reserved passageways within the construction area. Please plan your travel route in advance and allow sufficient time to arrive at the service center to collect tickets and board the ship. We apologize for any inconvenience caused!

1. Ticket collection method: Tickets need to be collected. Please bring one of the following to Binjiang Pier Water Tourism Service Center to pick up your ticket: your valid ID (the ID used during purchase), the ticket collection code received via SMS after successful purchase, the QR code from the SMS, or the reserved phone number.

2. Ticket Pick-up Address: Binjiang Pier Water Tourism Service Center (Intersection of Jianghan Road and Wentao Road)

3. Ticket Collection Time: It is recommended to collect your tickets and board approximately half an hour before the scheduled departure time (For example: For 19:00-20:00 departure, collect tickets before 18:30; for 18:20-19:20 departure, collect tickets before 17:50).

4. Parking recommendation: Due to the construction of Hangzhou Metro Line 18, the original "Xinyada International Building B Parking Lot - Entrance/Exit" is temporarily closed.

New parking locations: Riverside View Parking Lot, Parking Lot South of China Merchants & Xinyada

Additional Information

1. When purchasing, please provide accurate passenger identity information and bring a valid ID (either the ID card used during purchase, the SMS ticket pick-up code received after successful purchase, or the SMS QR code). Proceed to the "Binjiang Pier Water Tourism Service Center" at the attraction's ticket office at least 30 minutes in advance to collect tickets and board the ferry. Boarding will stop approximately 5 minutes before departure.

2. As required by the authorities, children under 1.2m (including infants) must hold a ticket to board. Please bring children under 1.2m (excluding infants) and infants to the service center on the day of travel with the child's valid ID to obtain a "standing ticket" for boarding. Failure to obtain the ticket may result in being asked to return to the service center, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

3. The Qian Yin and Meng Hang cruises may have certain probabilities of changes each night. The actual cruise type available will be subject to on-site conditions.

4. The third floor is an open-air viewing area. In case of rain or snow, the attraction will arrange seating on other floors, and no price difference will be refunded (please check the weather in advance and consider carefully before ordering for the 3rd floor).

5. Please provide the correct purchaser's name and mobile number. In case of special circumstances where the person cannot be contacted, neither the platform nor the cruise company will be held responsible. Your understanding is appreciated.

6. This boat ticket includes cruise-related services. For updates on the light show, please follow "Hangzhou Yongjiang Release" or "Hangzhou Release". Actual showings are subject to availability.

7. In case of force majeure factors such as Qiantang River tidal surges or severe weather conditions that cause rising water levels, gusts exceeding force 7, or thunderstorms making it unsafe to operate regular sightseeing routes, the cruise operator reserves the right to temporarily alter routes or itineraries to ensure vessel and visitor safety. The cruise operator shall not be held responsible for route changes. Please only make reservations if you accept these terms.

8. Please do not bring food or pets on board, and luggage storage is not available.
