Booking Instructions

Time: Please confirm at least 1 day in advance (for special circumstances, please call customer support)

validity period: Guest can decide (confirmation required with staff)

Shooting location: Guest can decide (confirmation required with staff)

Service coverage: Free on-site shooting in urban areas. For other areas, please contact customer support for transportation fees.

Outfit styling: Bring your own clothes that suit your personal style, preferably in solid colors.

Admission ticket: If your selected shooting location involves attraction admission tickets, you will also need to purchase or reimburse them for the photographer.

Schedule details:

1. Photographers primarily sell their available time slots, so you need to confirm the shooting time, location, and number of people. Once the time slot is confirmed, it cannot be split.

2. The timing starts at the agreed-upon time. Once the timing begins, any situation is included in the duration, such as if you are late, or if you temporarily want to change locations, need to rest, eat, change clothes, or if children are uncooperative or upset.

How to use: Staff will contact you within 24 hours of your order to confirm relevant details, so please keep your phone accessible; online customer support hours are 8:00 AM–11:00 PM Beijing time.

Notes:

1. Photography service: Please communicate fully with the photographer about your preferred style and ideas before the photoshoot. During the photoshoot, communicate promptly and frequently check the photographer's camera to see if you like the work. If there are any issues, adjust them immediately. If you are not satisfied, request a refund on the spot or contact customer support to change photographers. Otherwise, the service will be considered satisfactory. If you do not communicate promptly on the spot, leading to dissatisfaction later, no refund will be issued.

2. The minimum number of photos per hour applies only to single-person shoots. Situations involving multiple people, uncooperative children, or multiple shooting locations are not covered by this guarantee. Please take note.

3. Retouching standards: Includes beauty filters, body slimming, and color adjustment. Does not include individually removing passersby (can be blurred) or ultra-fine adjustments like removing individual strands of hair or fingernails.
