My one-day Shanghai tour, covering Yu Garden, the Bund, Nanjing Road, Xintiandi, and Jade Buddha Temple, was surprisingly fulfilling—thanks entirely to how well the travel agency planned the route, with no wasted time between spots.
Our guide made all the difference: she knew exactly when to pause for photos at the Bund (when the light hit Pudong perfectly) and shared fun trivia about Yu Garden’s pavilions that made the history feel alive.★

A very good show; we had a great time. The description says the staff speaks English, which is false. So ordering extras and drinks was difficult. Be aware that some seats are behind a pillar.★
