As a suggestion, don't buy the combo activity (Siena River cruise). The provider is different and they prioritize those who buy directly at the docks. Luckily, there weren't many people; we waited until the end for everyone to board, and since there were two of us, they allowed us access. Otherwise, we would have had to contact them to reschedule or get a refund—the latter being the most likely outcome because we happened to be there when the Siena River flooded, and the cruises were canceled for the rest of the week.★

We didn't take full advantage of it because Paris is a very congested city, and although a panoramic tour on the move is enjoyable, it's not practical during the day due to time constraints. The stops are also too long. As for the night tour, it's definitely worthwhile; seeing Paris illuminated and doing it on a roughly two-hour route is a real treat.★

We did a tour with Cecelia, and she was such an amazing guide. She had fantastic stories to tell all throughout which really brought history to life for us. We are a family of 5, with kids ages 12 & 11, and she did a really great job of keeping the tour interesting and age appropriate for the kids and full of great details and history for the adults. I'd highly recommend Cecelia again.
