**Fast Immigration Service Description**
A. Service Process
1. After your flight lands, proceed directly to the immigration area. Our staff will be there to greet you with a sign. (*Please use our official airport pick-up sign as your identification. If you do not see our staff, please contact customer service immediately. Thank you.)
2. Upon receiving the document, the customer gives the approval document, passport, and photo to the assistant.
3. An assistant will accompany the client to the visa application area. Once the client is handed over to the immigration officer upon arrival, our staff cannot enter the queue; the client must proceed through immigration independently. Please contact us immediately for assistance if any problems arise.
4. After the visa is affixed, guests should exit through the VIP lane (please stay within the designated area; service may be interrupted if you go outside the designated area).
5. After successfully clearing customs and collecting your luggage, exit the airport.

2. Assist with check-in and priority security lanes (if applicable)
3. After the service, passengers will proceed to their boarding gate independently.

[Departure] Standard VIP - Customers need to handle their own boarding pass exchange. After the exchange, our customer service will assist you to the fast departure lane and fast security lane - you still need to queue in order, and the service order is based on the passenger's arrival time.
[Departure] Super VIP - During peak periods, if your itinerary is urgent, we recommend choosing the full-service package, which includes priority check-in + skipping long lines + fast immigration stamping + fast security check + escort to the boarding gate. Note: Priority check-in is not available for customers flying with VietJet Air and EVA Air.
