1. If the sandboarding activity is canceled due to weather conditions, the fee will not be refunded.

3. It is recommended to bring sunglasses, a sun hat, sunscreen, rain gear, a camera, warm outerwear, drinking water, and comfortable walking shoes and clothing.
4. The attractions feature natural views. During the summer months (December-February) with high temperatures and the winter rainy season (May-August), itinerary arrangements may be flexibly adjusted to ensure all scheduled activities are completed.
5. Please ensure your mobile phone is activated. You will receive an SMS notification with the final meeting time and vehicle license plate number by 9:00 PM the day before your trip. The emergency contact number can be found on your booking confirmation.
6. This product requires a minimum of two people to book.
7. Infants and children aged 0-8 may need to sit in safety seats. Your cooperation is appreciated.
8. Requests for withdrawing from the tour, canceling sightseeing activities, or waiving transfer services during the itinerary will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
You can enter your hotel when placing an order. If the hotel is not within the pick-up & drop-off area, we will arrange the nearest pick-up point for you.
For those staying outside the city or without pick-up & drop-off points, please gather at Chicho Gelato Northbridge (180 William Street, Northbridge).
