The pick-up and drop-off service was so convenient; we could just wait for the car at the hotel. Since we were staying at the Phi Phi North Nature Resort, we booked a ride to Lanthong Pier. We had to transfer boats directly at sea near Tonsai Bay, which was a bit inconvenient for those prone to seasickness, as we had to wait for the other boat. We waited quite a while; we departed at 8:30 AM and didn't disembark until 11:30 AM. Then the hotel's tractor came to pick us up. Aside from the long journey time, it was very convenient.

Before my trip, I saw some recent photos of long queues at BKK airport's immigration customs... the crowds must have taken at least two hours... Since I had plans with friends that day and didn't want to spend too much time queuing, I purchased the express clearance service for the first time. It was super convenient and fast; it really was a money-for-time deal, and I highly recommend it. After placing the order, a Chinese-speaking customer service representative will contact you via WeChat to inform you of your arrival flight information. After meeting at the designated location, the travel agency will notify customs to release you... it's very simple.

As described, the assistant met us near the gate. He speaks good English and is helpful. He helped to get our checked in luggage and will check the reference number against our receipts even though we have identified as ours already so he is very prudent. The fast track through the immigration works and we certainly have skipped quite some queuing.


