We had an absolutely fantastic trip with Amy as our guide. She was really great at sharing stories and facts about the different locations. She adapted the tour to our needs and continuously ensured a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere throughout. The tour was a great way to get out and see several different landmarks in a single day. The itinerary was excellent and our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and engaging throughout the trip. We really appreciated the effort put into planning the route and sharing local insights. The only aspect that caught us by surprise was the communal lunch arrangement. We had not expected a shared dining setup and were hoping to have lunch independently. While we understand this may be part of the tour experience, it would have been helpful if this had been communicated in advance. In addition, some members of tour group did not observe proper dining etiquette when using shared dishes and serving chopsticks. This made the experience rather uncomfortable and unhygienic for us. That said, the guide was truly brilliant, and aside from the lunch arrangement, the overall experience was very enjoyable.

I was so lucky to have met such a wonderful tour guide, Guide Rao! He was incredibly warm, attentive, and dedicated. His explanations were vivid, his Mandarin was perfect, and he was knowledgeable and humorous. He thoughtfully arranged a Didi ride this morning for our day trip to the Panda Base and Dujiangyan. Guide Rao led us, making the most of every minute to see so many adorable giant and red pandas. He knew each one intimately. In the afternoon, we visited the Dujiangyan Irrigation System, a World Heritage Site, and experienced the incredible wisdom of the ancients in water management. Guide Rao was professional and reliable, his explanations were lively and easy to understand, and he clearly explained the history and principles of Dujiangyan. He also thoughtfully reminded us of important points along the way. The tour lasted over four hours, and it was a pure sightseeing experience with no shopping or hidden costs. The itinerary was smooth, making the trip worry-free and effortless. It's a highly recommended day trip for anyone visiting Chengdu! Thank you, Guide Rao, for your professionalism and dedication.

This group tour experience of "Panda Valley + Interactive Photo Opportunity at Dujiangyan Red Panda Forest Park + Ancient City Food Tour" was truly excellent value for money and deserves five stars! First, a huge shout-out to the driver! He was waiting for us at the hotel right on time that morning, not making us wait even a minute longer. The vehicle was brand new and clean, the seats were comfortable, and the long journey wasn't tiring at all. What surprised me most was the driver's driving skills—smooth and effortless, handling even the winding mountain roads with ease, making my family members, who are prone to motion sickness, feel completely at ease throughout the trip. Even better, the driver wasn't just a driver, he was practically a tour guide! Along the way, he proactively explained the history of the Dujiangyan irrigation system, Chengdu's cultural anecdotes, and even shared many local stories that only they knew, making the journey fulfilling and interesting, and never boring. Upon arriving at Panda Valley and Red Panda Forest Park, the driver also kindly reminded us of the best routes and photo opportunities, which was a huge help. In terms of itinerary, the adorable pandas at Panda Valley were a hit, and the close-up interaction at the Red Panda Forest Park was a highlight, with red pandas walking right around you, making it hard to leave after taking so many photos. The ancient town food tour was also unique, allowing you to sample authentic local snacks and stroll through quaint, old-fashioned streets at a relaxed pace. Overall, this was a worry-free, comfortable, and rewarding day trip. The driver's professionalism and enthusiasm greatly enhanced the journey, and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxed trip to Dujiangyan and the Chengdu area!
