How to use

All times are given in local time

You'll receive your Trip.com booking confirmation upon successful booking

You'll be contacted by the tour organizer to confirm your pick-up details by 18:00, the day before departure

Please present your booking confirmation or e-voucher to the tour guide before departure

Please arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 5 minutes before departure/ pick-up time informed by the tour operator

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 10:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 10:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:59 on the day of date of use.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

1. Please provide personal information: Full name, Birth-year, Gender, Nationality, pick up address and hotel name, contact details that tour guide can contact in advance.

2. The order of the itinerary can be changed depending on our guide’s arrangement, weather condition ,…

3. Special request (diet or vegetarian …) should be informed at least 2 days before your departure date.

4. CHILDREN POLICY:

+ Child 1-3yrs: Free of charge

+ Child 4 - 9yrs: 50% of adult price (½ adult meal)

+ Child from 10yrs up: 100% of adult price
