After your booking is confirmed, check the admission voucher in the backend. On the day of travel, present the electronic confirmation voucher and wait in the hotel lobby at the pick-up time specified on the confirmation (we recommend arriving 8 minutes early). The driver usually arrives within 20 minutes. If the driver hasn't arrived on time, you can contact customer support.

 

The hotel pickup will be arranged approximately 1 hour in advance (exact time subject to confirmation details). After the activity, you can rest for a while. When you need to return to the hotel, simply contact the staff at the front desk.
