The highest level of professionalism! He explained everything without even knowing the language. I want to express my deepest gratitude to our guide for a unique excursion. It's convenient because you can board the train just by showing the QR code after making a reservation. It's cheaper than buying a ticket at the station, and I liked that I didn't have to wait in line at the ticket machine.

We had a fantastic experience during my Liverpool Stadium tour. When we arrived, we simply showed our booking tickets at the counter, and everyone was very friendly. The security staff were also welcoming and helpful. Since we reached early, we didn't have to wait for our scheduled time. They kindly allowed us to join an earlier tour, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a really great time, and as Liverpool fans, this memory will stay with us forever


