The cost was significantly cheaper than other companies, so I was a little worried about what the content would be, but it was a really fun and good tour. The meeting point was easy to find, the time allocation and safety were excellent, so I was able to participate with peace of mind. Our tour guide, Pauline, is fluent in both Japanese and English and was very kind, polite, and guided us in an easy-to-understand manner, making it a very fulfilling and informative tour. I would definitely use this tour again on my next visit.★

They say Yes Jinji Tours are crowded on Mondays, but since many major tourist attractions are closed on Mondays, I have no regrets choosing Yes Jinji Tours on the first day. It rained a lot and Jiufen was crowded, but it was so much fun. Our Korean guide, who went by the names Yoon Eun-kyung, Young-shim, and Kondu, lived in Taiwan for 18 years, so she gave us detailed information about Taiwan, restaurants, drinks, and photo spots, which was really helpful. She has a powerful voice, humor, and wit, and she was a fast and accurate guide, so we were able to see a lot in a short period of time. I heard she is also very good at explaining the Palace Museum tour. It would be great to make a reservation under her name and listen. When you do Yes Jinji Tours, make sure to make a reservation with guide Yoon Eun-kyung~★

I only found out later that it was a guaranteed tour package. I was the only one on the tour that day, which was like having a private VIP car for one person! Luckily, the sky cleared up after it had turned cloudy. There was a 7.0 magnitude earthquake in Yilan that day, but thankfully I returned to Taipei that same day. The shockwave in Taipei was incredibly strong; just thinking about it now makes me shudder. The sea in the picture is the epicenter… If I had booked a tour after that day, I probably wouldn't have been able to go at all. Thankfully, our tour guide, Brother Wang Shaoyang, was incredibly kind; he even helped me with the explanations and taking photos while I was alone.★

Yangmingshan was scenic and beautiful. We scored ideal weather giving there could have been showers. The walking was great, plenty at the start of the days then tending to more strolling in the afternoon but still a fairly active day. The children weren’t stoked with the sulphur smell and were over it by days end (you only really get it through the middle to later part of the day). Beitou is pretty and interesting. The the tour was great and well worth our time and money. Get to get out of the city.
