After booking your tickets, first collect your physical tickets at the Clippers company counter. Please refer to the counter address information; all ticket collection points are located near the pier. (Show your Ctrip e-voucher/confirmation slip) Go to the counter to exchange your tickets. After receiving your tickets, go to the pier and find your corresponding boat. Ticket collection time: 06:00~17:00. Please be sure to arrive at the ticket collection point 1 hour in advance, as you may not be able to travel if you are late.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

1. Please arrive at the ticket counter one hour in advance to collect your tickets. Late arrivals may be unable to obtain your tickets.

2. We do not provide baggage/property storage. Please take good care of your belongings. We will not provide compensation for any damaged baggage/property. Please contact our staff immediately.

3. Each person may carry only one piece of luggage weighing no more than 25 kilograms.
