How to use

1. Select your preferred date and time.

- Amount of baggage * duration

Example: Storing 2 items for 8 days = Booking quantity of 16 items

2. Confirm the booking confirmation (voucher) sent via email.

The voucher will be sent after the merchant confirms your booking.

※ After confirming your booking, we'll send you detailed information via email.

3. Visit the luggage storage during your reserved time slot, provide your name, and store your luggage.

4. Pick up your stored luggage at the same location according to your purchase option schedule.

※ If you purchase the 1-day option on the day based on the date, you can pick it up at any time during the operating hours of the next day (not based on 24 hours).

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 16:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 16:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

1. Stored luggage is covered by insurance that compensates up to $800 for damage and/or loss.

2. Baggage storage/retrieval service operates 24 hours.

* Unstaffed hours: 8:00 PM–9:00 AM (You can store and retrieve your luggage yourself.)

3. Option categories

- General baggage storage: The standard luggage size is 32 inches (charged per piece, regardless of size, dimensions, or weight)

- Large baggage storage: Oversized baggage (golf bags, wheeled carry-on bags (inspection bags), bicycle cases, bicycles, skis, etc.).
