Very true to description. Tried both upper and lower cabin. Upper cabin is quite shaky, so if you have motion sickness, better pay extra and get the lower cabin. Lower cabin is still shaky but better compare to the upper one.
For a 150cm+, you can stretch your leg, but good luck to those 160cm+.
Bus operator also reach out to us via WhatsApp and quite responsive. Can go to the office and drop your bag first if you board from Hanoi Old Quarter.
Heads up: At Sapa, if you want them to pick up, ensure to whatsapp them early and confirm the timing.
Will definitely book with HK Busliners again.★
