Karma Tours was outstanding. I would definitely recommend them. We were very lucky to get Clift as our tour guide. He truly embraces the Aloha spirit. He made sure we knew where to meet for pickup. He made sure we knew about the Pearl Harbor bag policy. He even gave us an itinerary time table so we knew when we had to catch the boat to the Arizona Memorial and when we should watch the movie. This way we could plan out time spent in the museum, the grounds and the gift shop. He also provided interesting information about growing up and living in Honolulu. He is not the tour guide once you get to Pearl Harbor, the Navy covers that on the boat ride, etc. He picked us up and returned us on time. It was a very moving experience.★
