This was perhaps the best sel-guided tour we bought while in vacation in Italy. It was easy to find out ticket holders. Additionally, they helped with downloading the app so that we could listen to the audio guide while we studied the art and sculptures. Everything went smoothly.

The bus was on time and was comfortable. We were walked into the centre of Pisa and clearly informed of the departure time. This trip was stress free thanks to Lucia and Paul. We had approximately 2:30 minutes in Pisa and it was more that enough time to explore and see everything.

Excellent tour of Siena, Pisa, and San Gimignano. The two guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. The driver was fantastic. The wine tasting and lunch were excellent—a truly authentic Tuscan experience.
