The tour was very beautiful, the staff was very nice and you could always joke around with them while they still were very professional through all that. The ride was beautiful and we always felt safe. The only thing that i would change (if possible) Is that the ride back from the "Mars field" was the same as we got up there, but i think there may be no other way back down. There were enough breaks for drinking something or taking pictures. Would recommend and do it again.

We have just had the best trip to Teide National Park on a private half day tour with Miguel, His knowledge was excellent and he was very helpful even with the urgent, unscheduled toilet stop. We stopped at Vilaflor for coffee and delicious cakes from a lovely lady at a cafe and then on to Mount Teide where we had a good length of time to walk partly along a trail and visit the free museum. The views and scenery were outstanding and made all the more meaningful with Miguel’s excellent guiding. Don’t miss out on this trip!

We had an amazing experience on our boat trip to see the whales. We went out with Patrick who was great, really informative and also provided us with funny stories and great chat. Not to mention a wee beverage as we sailed along haha We saw a family of Pilot whales after a while of searching and it was a beautiful thing to see. Also enjoyed a cooling dip in the sea as well with a snorkel to see the fish below followed by a lovely wee picnic on board with more drinks. We will 100% be booking a sunset boat trip and possibly another whale watching trip as well when we return to Tenerife. Thanks Patrick for a great experience!

The jet ski tour was really great, lots of time on the water and helpful people. We thought the boat tour was long; we saw five creatures and it took us three hours to get there. The guide barely said anything, which we found disappointing... luckily the jet ski made up for a lot! It's also nice that you can buy photos for 30 euros, only a shame you're not allowed to bring your own phone onto the water.

We opted for a six hour excursion with Big Smile Luxury Charter with Captain Daniel for a birthday celebration, which exceeded our expectations. Daniel went over and above to make everyone onboard feel safe and welcome. He was focused on providing expertise and knowledge on all whales, dolphins and turtles. Making sure we would have the best experience possible (having been on other trips over the years this was by far the best). The food, drinks and not to forget the pastries provided were fabulous. We’re looking forward to returning in the near future.


