* Las Ventas opening hours are from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm excepted Bullfight days, from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm (Special opening hours: every sunday from March to October; San Isidro Fair from 1st May to 8th June; Autumn Fair from 2nd to 5th October and 12nd October)

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Please note the tour itinerary may be modified in the event of bullfighting or relevant special events or force majeure reasons. In those cases, visitors will be duly informed at the box offices of the venue when exchanging their vouchers.
