Debra was our guide and she literally performed miracles to get us in to the Sistine Chapel which was closing due to over crowding. Her polite, caring but absolutely wanting the best for her guests was brilliant. Ensuring despite 30,000 visitors a day we had a tour where she got us to the front and explained as much as she could. We felt like VIP’s. Thank you for a great tour and making sure my teens enjoyed it to.★
