Winter time reference starting from December 2025 is as follows:
Pick-up between 2:00-3:00 PM (private charter pick-up between 2:45-3:00 PM), depending on the specific location.
Arrive at the desert meeting point around 4:00 PM, deflate the tires, and wait for the convoy to gather. There are restrooms, a free air-conditioned glass lounge, a small shop, and other facilities available. You can also purchase tickets on-site for a 30-minute self-drive off-road adventure or motorcycle ride (Note: Falcon photography in the desert is expensive; it's recommended to take photos back at the camp for only 10-20 AED per person).
Enter the desert around 4:30 pm to start dune bashing, which lasts about 15 to 20 minutes. Afterward, the vehicle will stop in the desert for photo opportunities. If you want to try sandboarding, you can ask the driver for a sandboard!
Around 5:15, we'll depart from the red sand area, stop by the desert edge to refill the vehicle tires and clean the sand inside the car before heading to the camp, which is approximately a 25-minute drive away.
Arrive at the camp before 6:00 PM. There is a free camel experience area outside the camp (within the roped-off free zone). Outside the ropes, you can also opt for a longer paid camel ride, approximately AED 20 per person.
After 6:45 PM, there are free performances and dinner at the camp (around 7:00 PM for appetizers and around 7:30 PM for the main course). If you'd like to eat earlier or enjoy better food, you can upgrade to the VIP area for a fee. Free henna hand painting is available (or you can pay to have a custom design painted on your hand). You can also purchase an Arabic shisha (around 60 AED per unit) to experience local culture! (Note: All free items are self-service. For anything offered at your table, always ask the price before deciding to purchase. If you don't want to spend money, simply decline.)
The camp activity ends around 8:00 pm, then return transportation will be provided.

Know Before You Go
1. Please ensure your phone is reachable. If the driver cannot contact you due to your unavailability or if you are not waiting at the scheduled address, resulting in failed contact, no changes or refunds will be permitted.
2. Pregnant women, seniors over 60 years old, and those with heart disease, high blood pressure, cervical spondylosis, or other conditions unsuitable for strenuous activities are strongly advised not to participate. If any accident or loss occurs due to the guest concealing their true condition, our store will not bear any responsibility. Please be aware!
3. Premium camp price for children aged 3–9 (regular seat), inclusions: Only includes admission ticket for sightseeing. Same price for adults and children aged 10 and above.
4. For the popular campsite, children aged 4 and above will be charged the same price as adults. (Note: Belly dance performances will not be available during Ramadan).
From November to April, the temperature difference between day and night is significant (approximately 6-10°C), so we recommend bringing warm clothing. The weather can be unpredictable, so keep a positive attitude.
Except for the VIP air-conditioned private rooms on the first floor, there is no air conditioning in the rest of the campsite. Please be advised.
7. The VIP air-conditioned private room is an enclosed space, and to prevent food from getting cold, no barbecue is provided. You will need to go to the self-service dining area to collect your meals and enjoy them in the private room.
8. If your booking is for a shared transfer desert safari, the driver will pick up guests from various hotels. Please arrive at the hotel lobby 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time to avoid delays that may affect the subsequent itinerary (*This is a shared transfer service, so the timing may not be exact. Please arrive at the meeting point early as per the notified time. Do not be late, as the driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes before departing. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.)
9. According to Dubai government regulations, desert safari vehicles are not permitted to stop at Dubai Mall or other major shopping centers. Pick-up & drop-off point(s) are limited to hotels within Dubai city area. The driver will pick you up at your hotel for this tour, and the specific meeting time will be informed by phone. Shared transfer service within the city may experience delays.
For morning desert safaris, please contact customer support for details. (Pick-up at 8:30 AM, no camp activities included such as camel rides, performances, or henna painting. Private charter only, with desert safari as the sole activity.)
