[How to Use] : The guide will contact you via SMS or phone by 22:00 the day before departure. For bookings made after 22:00 the day before departure, staff will contact you before 7:00am on the day of travel. Please keep your phone available.

To avoid crowds and noise at the attraction and enhance your travel experience, the guide may recommend using earpieces at a cost of 10 CNY per person (voluntary participation, not mandatory). [Important Notice] : The Presidential Palace can only be visited once within 30 days. Visitors must bring their original ID. If ticket purchase restrictions apply, the visit must be canceled. The guide will refund the discounted admission ticket price of 28 CNY per adult. If reservations are fully booked, the visit will be adjusted to the Six Dynasties Museum or Jiangning Imperial Silk Manufacturing Museum with no price difference refunded and no guide service provided—visitors will need to explore on their own. Please note that according to Presidential Palace regulations, tickets cannot be canceled on the day of purchase, and cancellations will be recorded as a breach of contract. Canceling a booking after purchase may result in being unable to purchase tickets again within 30 days. Please choose your visit date carefully and avoid making or canceling bookings arbitrarily. [For Seniors] : If there are travelers aged 70 or above, they must be accompanied by at least one family member or friend aged 18–69 to join the tour. Travelers over 80 years old cannot be accommodated and are recommended to take a self-guided tour. We appreciate your understanding!
[About Admission Tickets] : Visitors aged 60-69 and full-time students (excluding adult education and postgraduate students) with valid student IDs are eligible for half-price refunds. A refund of 60 CNY will be given for the ticket price difference. Please inform your guide when contacted, and the refund will be processed during the trip. If you are traveling with non-ID documents such as a passport, Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau, or Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, your guide will assist you with QR code entry or ticket redemption on-site at attractions like Dr. Sun Yat-sen's Mausoleum and the Presidential Palace. This may cause some delays, and we appreciate your understanding!
[Free Admission Policy] : Children 1.4 meters and below in height, seniors aged 70 and above (ID required, other documents such as passport or Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents require purchasing adult tickets), and those with special free admission documents do not need an admission ticket and can purchase child/senior tickets. Child/senior tickets only include discounted transportation and guide fees. If you have free admission documents, you must bring them during your visit. If documents are not presented or are not eligible for free admission, tickets must be purchased on-site. If no tickets are available on-site, entry will not be permitted. Please be advised.
